Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLEKHA3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLEKHA3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher PLEKHA3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLEKHA3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, SARC, and LUSC are the cancer types where PLEKHA3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
