PLEKHA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,131 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKRA, SCRN3, and NELFCD. Each is linked with PLEKHA3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA3-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHA3 versus PRKRA in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
