PLEKHA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 772 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGBD4P2, RNU6-461P, and MTND2P25. Each is linked with PLEKHA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA3-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGBD4P2 grouped by PLEKHA3-low versus PLEKHA3-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
