PLEKHA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,606 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP3K2, KCMF1, and PIKFYVE. Each is linked with PLEKHA3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA3-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHA3 versus MAP3K2 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
