Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,695 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHA3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process, Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, and Phosphatidylinositol metabolic process. Each is linked with PLEKHA3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA3-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA3 results are reported.
