PLEKHA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2, EPPIN, and NKX2-6. Each is linked with PLEKHA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA3-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSG1L2 grouped by PLEKHA3-low versus PLEKHA3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
