Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,919 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEKHA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHA2_S314, PLEKHA2_S401, and PLPBP. Each is linked with PLEKHA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHA2 versus PLEKHA2_S314 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
