Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,011 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TACC1, HTRA4, and TFEC. Each is linked with PLEKHA2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA2 results are reported.
