Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,940 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEKHA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination, Regulation of macrophage fusion, and Positive regulation of macrophage fusion. Each is linked with PLEKHA2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination grouped by PLEKHA2-low versus PLEKHA2-high in KIDNEY.
