PLEKHA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECE2, GALP, and IQCF6. Each is linked with PLEKHA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ECE2 grouped by PLEKHA2-low versus PLEKHA2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
