PLEKHA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,642 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHA1_S380, PTPN1, and PLEKHA1_S129. Each is linked with PLEKHA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHA1 versus PLEKHA1_S380 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
