Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,144 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerophospholipid metabolic process, Positive regulation of cytoplasmic mRNA processing body assembly, and Golgi vesicle budding. Each is linked with PLEKHA1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA1 results are reported.
