Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,008 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUSP6, GJB3, and FSCN1. Each is linked with PLEK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEK2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEK2 versus DUSP6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
