Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEC RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,910 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEC-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL9L, CDC42BPB, and SCRIB. Each is linked with PLEC in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEC-to-partner and partner-to-PLEC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEC versus BCL9L in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
