Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,955 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEC-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCER1A, NEIL3, and POC1A. Each is linked with PLEC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEC-to-partner and partner-to-PLEC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCER1A grouped by PLEC-low versus PLEC-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
