PLEC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,262 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEC-associated genes across cancer lineages are FUT10, CRACD, and ASTN2. Each is linked with PLEC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEC-to-partner and partner-to-PLEC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FUT10 grouped by PLEC-low versus PLEC-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
