Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLD6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLD6 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher PLD6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLD6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC, KIRP, and ESCA are the cancer types where PLD6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
