PLD6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,523 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLD6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FHOD1, MAN2A1, and VASP. Each is linked with PLD6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD6-to-partner and partner-to-PLD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLD6 versus FHOD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
