Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLD6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 121 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP124, PTP4A1P7, and RPL35AP33. Each is linked with PLD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD6-to-partner and partner-to-PLD6 results are reported.
