PLD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,067 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLRX5, SETD3, and HAUS2. Each is linked with PLD5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD5-to-partner and partner-to-PLD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLRX5 grouped by PLD5-low versus PLD5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
