PLD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 155 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC17A2, FOXB2, and IZUMO3. Each is linked with PLD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD5-to-partner and partner-to-PLD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC17A2 grouped by PLD5-low versus PLD5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
