PLD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,205 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPT, RNASE6, and CIITA. Each is linked with PLD4 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD4-to-partner and partner-to-PLD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLD4 versus GAPT in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
