PLD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,186 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK10, EVL, and HCLS1. Each is linked with PLD4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD4-to-partner and partner-to-PLD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLD4 versus DOCK10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
