PLD4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,684 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPT, LILRA1, and PIK3CG. Each is linked with PLD4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD4-to-partner and partner-to-PLD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLD4 versus GAPT in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
