Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLD4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, A-Raf_pS299, and JNK2. Each is linked with PLD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD4-to-partner and partner-to-PLD4 results are reported.
