The most reproducible PLD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with PLD4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD4-to-partner and partner-to-PLD4 results are reported.
