PLD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,634 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRPV2, PLXNA1, and ITGAX. Each is linked with PLD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD3-to-partner and partner-to-PLD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLD3 versus TRPV2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
