Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,535 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are STX11, PLA2G7, and CCR1. Each is linked with PLD3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD3-to-partner and partner-to-PLD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLD3 versus STX11 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
