Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,718 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6769B, RNA5SP411, and KRTAP19-8. Each is linked with PLD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD3-to-partner and partner-to-PLD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6769B grouped by PLD3-low versus PLD3-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
