PLD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLD3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,494 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPG7, TCF20, and THBS2. Each is linked with PLD3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD3-to-partner and partner-to-PLD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPG7 grouped by PLD3-low versus PLD3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
