Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,131 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAFAH1B1, ANKFY1, and KIF1C. Each is linked with PLD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD2-to-partner and partner-to-PLD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLD2 versus PAFAH1B1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
