PLD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, ATM, and MEK1. Each is linked with PLD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD2-to-partner and partner-to-PLD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by PLD2-low versus PLD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
