Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,077 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MINK1, DPH1, and SGSM2. Each is linked with PLD2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD2-to-partner and partner-to-PLD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLD2 versus MINK1 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.
