Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,912 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translation at synapse, modulating synaptic transmission, Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, and Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with PLD2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD2-to-partner and partner-to-PLD2 results are reported.
