Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCXD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,658 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCXD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADH1B, ASPA, and PDE2A. Each is linked with PLCXD3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCXD3-to-partner and partner-to-PLCXD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLCXD3 versus ADH1B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCXD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCXD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
