PLCXD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCXD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,160 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCXD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPF2, RFC5, and HELLS. Each is linked with PLCXD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCXD3-to-partner and partner-to-PLCXD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UPF2 grouped by PLCXD3-low versus PLCXD3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCXD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCXD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
