PLCXD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCXD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,630 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCXD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCYBP45, RNA5SP411, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with PLCXD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCXD2-to-partner and partner-to-PLCXD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCYBP45 grouped by PLCXD2-low versus PLCXD2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCXD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCXD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
