Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLCXD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,846 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCXD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of post-translational protein modification, Regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal, and IRE1-mediated unfolded protein response. Each is linked with PLCXD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCXD2-to-partner and partner-to-PLCXD2 results are reported.
