Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLCXD2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PLCXD2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher PLCXD2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLCXD2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and SKCM show a favorable association.

UVM, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where PLCXD2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
