PLCXD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCXD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,968 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCXD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, MCM2_S139, and MCM6. Each is linked with PLCXD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCXD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCXD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLCXD1 versus MCM2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCXD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCXD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
