Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLCXD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,913 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCXD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTPBP6, AKAP17A, and PPP2R3B. Each is linked with PLCXD1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCXD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCXD1 results are reported.
