Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLCXD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,757 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCXD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication proofreading, DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, and Constitutive heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with PLCXD1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCXD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCXD1 results are reported.
