Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,629 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT2, SSRP1, and SKA1. Each is linked with PLCL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCL2-to-partner and partner-to-PLCL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCT2 grouped by PLCL2-low versus PLCL2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
