Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, XRCC1, and p38-MAPK. Each is linked with PLCL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCL2-to-partner and partner-to-PLCL2 results are reported.
