PLCL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLCL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,127 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDFIC, E2F7, and USP1. Each is linked with PLCL2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCL2-to-partner and partner-to-PLCL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLCL2 versus MDFIC in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
