Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLCL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAX1, GALP, and GPX6. Each is linked with PLCL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCL2-to-partner and partner-to-PLCL2 results are reported.
