PLCL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,854 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRC1, LINC02438, and RNASEH2A. Each is linked with PLCL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCL1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRC1 grouped by PLCL1-low versus PLCL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
