Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,439 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHPT1, AVPI1, and INPP1. Each is linked with PLCH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCH2-to-partner and partner-to-PLCH2 results are reported.
