PLCH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLCH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 174 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE2A, IZUMO1R, and GUCA2A. Each is linked with PLCH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCH2-to-partner and partner-to-PLCH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE2A grouped by PLCH2-low versus PLCH2-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
