Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,598 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP4S1, VIPR2, and FXYD6. Each is linked with PLCH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCH1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLCH1 versus AP4S1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
